Description

Corporate Payroll Services is actively seeking a Virtual Sales Consultant to join our team!  Our ideal candidate will be detail oriented, results driven and energetic.  The Sales Consultant is responsible for working closely with the Inside Sales team to source new business prospects through outbound calls, from the office.  This is a full-time position with a Monday – Friday work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize technology to demonstrate our services to business owners and other decision makers; complete at least 4 presentations per day
  • Discover, develop and qualify prospects to create new business opportunities
  • Focus on businesses in the metro areas of our 5 office locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C.)
  • Maintain an appointment schedule and effectively utilize CRM software
  • Contribute to the team effort  through intensive business-to-business cold calling to accomplish sales goals—over 200 outbound calls per day
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of Sales experience, preferred
  • Aggressive, competitive and self- motivated attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Strong computer skills and basic understanding of Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to overcome objections and achieve monthly sales goals
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
