We’ve created a community of quality-minded professionals who rely on GuildQuality to measure client satisfaction, improve their performance, and articulate their commitment to quality.
We’ve been on Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Best Places to Work list every year since 2011, and we offer freedom, flexibility, and empowerment to our team members. We have cool office dogs in our Midtown location and a casual work environment, but we set the bar high for results.
This is an entry-level sales position with rapid advancement to becoming a “closer.” Most of the selling will be done from the office, with minimal travel required. Here’s what your first few months would look like:
First Three Months
Sales Development Representative
Make calls to introduce our service, 40-50 calls per day.
Connect with business owners, learn about them, and share our offering.
Schedule appointments and shadow these calls.
Learn how to run meetings on your own, start trials, and close deals.
After Three Months
Promotion to Sales Executive.
Continue prospecting for new business, with 30 calls per day average.
Lead software demos via web and teleconference.
Start trials and present results.
Close deals, with deal count and monthly recurring revenue as your key metrics.
Serve as a mentor for new team members.
Strong organization and time management skills are required.
