We are actively growing our Sales Development department and looking for A-players to join us. This role will include heavy outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline creation for the sales team.   • Initiating first steps in the Sales cycle by scheduling and coordinating online and in-person meetings with prospective clients
  • Conducting a large volume of outbound prospecting activity (Email, LinkedIn, 50+ Calls Daily)
  • Investigating web performance and technical issues for prospective clients, educate them on the value of Rigor and interest them in a conversation to learn more
  • Tracking all activity in CRM (leads, contacts & opportunities according to sales development best practices)


  • Hold a BA/BS
  • Have 1-3 years work experience, preferably in Lead Generation, Business/Sales Development, and/or Recruiting
  • Have the desire to exceed expectations and driven by competition and results
  • Have the willingness to learn Rigors product and the web performance space in order to combat sales objections
  • Have a coachable mindset to learn how to generate high-quality leads that convert into sales opportunities
  • Have the ability to maintain and continuously improve quality results
