Do you allow someone to put their payment plan on hold?

We do allow students to place their course on hold as long as it is within the 14-day refund period. The 14-day period starts the moment you purchase the course. Users who have taken the final exam are NOT eligible to place their course on hold, even if they are within the 14-day refund period.
