Refunds
We offer all users* who purchase our course a 14 day period from the date of purchase to request a full refund with no questions asked. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject Refund. Please include your full name & email used on the account.
*Users that have finished the course and received their certificate of completion are not eligible for a refund, even if they are within that 14 day period.
Payment Plan
When choosing the payment plan to purchase a course, you agree to allow CourseCareers to automatically charge your bank card a total of four recurring payments every two weeks. This consists of your initial payment plus three more payments. If a payment fails CourseCareers will automatically keep retrying to process your card. Access to the course will be removed until the payment is successful. The payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be canceled or refunded past the 14-day refund period.
Course Completion Timeframe
Upon purchase, students are granted up to one year, unless notified by email, to complete the final exam. Throughout this period, students will receive email and instructor support. Those who have paid in full enjoy continuous access to the course, including all updated lessons and the community Discord channel for the lifetime of the course, i.e. as long as the course remains available for purchase. Under certain circumstances, a comparable or improved course may replace the original. In such cases, students have up to one year from the new course release date to complete their exam and will continue to have email and instructor support during that timeframe.
Job Guarantee
We cannot guarantee a student will get a job after completing our courses. We have no control over who companies decide to interview and hire. Much depends on the student's learning ability, course knowledge, communication skills, ambition, work ethic, how they present themselves, etc. and the overall economic climate. We do give our students the knowledge and tools to be able to get an entry-level job in the career path they choose.

Any unresolvable dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in Atlanta, Georgia and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
