Do you allow someone to switch to a different course after purchasing a course?

We do allow switching courses as many times as you want, as long as it is within the 14-day refund period. The 14-day period starts the moment you purchase the course. Users who have taken the final exam are NOT eligible to switch courses even if they are within the 14-day refund period.
