I can't access the community discord channel

Click the Community button in the top navigation bar when you are signed into CourseCareers. Then click Join the ... Discord button on the lower left side of the page. This may be slightly different on mobile.

If it does not work, please ask our support assistant or email support@coursecareers.com and we can give you a direct link invite to Discord for your purchased career path. Learn how to join a server after receiving an invite.

If the direct link did not solve your issue and you are using Safari, connecting to Discord is a common issue people have that has nothing to do with CourseCareers. I Googled this issue and apparently, other people using Safari on Discord also had this issue. Safari Discord Issue

If you are still having problems, do you have another browser you can try? Otherwise, please contact someone at Discord for more help as this is most likely not a CourseCareers issue.
