Why is my course nonrefundable within the 14-day refund period?

All courses come with a 14-day refund period, with two exceptions.

1. A course can only be refunded once. This policy was implemented due to instances of individuals repeatedly purchasing and refunding courses to complete them without payment.

2. If the final exam is taken within the 14-day refund period, the course is no longer eligible for a refund. This policy was implemented due to instances of individuals requesting a refund after completing the course.
