As long as you can communicate effectively at a business-English level, your accent shouldn't pose a significant challenge. Much of your communication will be conducted electronically, and face-to-face interactions primarily involve receiving information. Just do your best when speaking, and take your time if needed. Your ultimate success isn't solely dependent on perfect spoken grammar or accent, but continuous improvement is encouraged.
