We aim to grade your final exam within 72 business hours. However, there are instances where unforeseen circumstances, such as a surge in submissions or staff shortages due to illness, may cause delays. Grading written and audio submissions requires time to ensure fairness and accuracy, and we prioritize this over rushing the process.

If it has been more than 72 business hours and your exam was submitted, and you do not see the final grade on the final exam page, ask our support assistant or email support@coursecareers.com, and we will look into it. Please use the subject, I have not gotten my final exam grade and include your enrolled course name, first name, last name, the email address you use to sign in with on CourseCareers, and the date you took the final exam.
