If you are within your 14-day refund period you can go to your Account page and switch courses. Alternatively, you have the option to request a refund for the original course and purchase the desired course.

The benefit of asking to be switched instead of refunded is that a refund back to your credit card can take several business days to settle, depending on your bank.

The benefit of asking for a refund and purchasing the other course is that your 14-day refund period starts over.

The benefit for CourseCareers to switch you instead of refunding you is that CourseCareers won't have to pay Stripe the refund processing fee.
